Bianca Stezzi, MSN Ed, RN, NPD-BC, FDNP

Bianca is a Master's prepared Registered Nurse, Nursing Professional Development Specialist and a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDNP). Bianca has nearly two decades of experience in women’s health, nursing leadership and clinical training. Her background spans Labor and Delivery, Obstetrics and Gynecology nurse management, and clinical education covering 12 outpatient centers in the Boston area.

She holds a Master’s in Nursing Education (with honors distinction) and is nationally board-certified in Nursing Professional Development. Bianca completed an additional certification in Functional Diagnostic Nutrition, with advanced training in root-cause analysis, biochemistry, and systems-based disease prevention.

Bianca has received multiple academic excellence and clinical leadership awards and is a member of several professional organizations, including the North Eastern Organization of Nurse Educators, the Association for Nursing Professional Development, the American Nurses Association, the National Society of Leadership & Success, and Sigma Theta Tau.

She is passionate about using lab work to identify root causes and translate complex health data into clear, actionable steps for clients, supporting all to reclaim energy, clarity, joy and resilience.
