Due to the personalized nature of our functional health programs and the significant up-front time investment in lab interpretation, protocol creation, and onboarding, we do not offer refunds once a program has begun.

If you have purchased a program and wish to cancel before any services have been rendered or lab kits have been ordered, you are eligible for a 50% refund.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis in the event of extenuating circumstances. Please contact us at Bianca@StezziFunctionalHealth.com within 7 days of purchase to discuss your situation.

Digital Products & Courses:

Due to the instant access nature of digital content, all digital product sales (e.g., eBooks, courses, downloads) are final and non-refundable.

Lab Test Kits:

Refunds for lab kits must be discussed and reviewed by the lab providing the test. If you choose not to complete the test, no refund will be issued.
